rtpmp4gpay wants

     audio/mpeg
          mpegversion: 4
          stream-format: raw

but aacparse outputs

     audio/mpeg
          mpegversion: 4
          stream-format: adts

It needs to convert to raw, but doesn't seem to do that yet.

In fact, it seems this is a duplicate of bug #723551.
