gst-ptp-helper is ignored by cerbero currently. attached patch should fix this.
Needs to be tested, though by someone who has a Mac and some time to compile
everything :)

This patch doesn't take care of adding setuid to the binary, though (ptp helper
needs elevated privileges). Note that setuid only works on OSX as long as the
binary is linked with absolute paths.
