Dear All, 

I am trying to implement the logic, which I have received input wav format file
from function and then I need to parse and encode/decode, convert to rtp stream
send over UDP socket client. but I am unable to get voice from client side.

If any body could please suggest, advise how to implement the logic and will be
able to hear the voice from client side.
for example: This is something like IVR & DTMF , when we dialing from phone, if
we get from voice message tone.

You help much appreciated.
