You can install your .java file in share/gst-android/ndk-build/$plugin/ and
then the GStreamer ndk-build integration will build it into the application.

This is from memory though, check the code in gstreamer-1.0.mk. There should be
something like GSTREAMER_PLUGINS_CLASSES in there, which is supposed to
automatically do this.
