porting from 0.10 to 1.0

This patch is created on the top of ahc-history-preserved branch,
'https://git.collabora.com/cgit/user/joykim/gst-plugins-bad.git/log/?h=ahc-history-preserved'

Unfortunately, current cerbero recipe doesn't deploy java file. I'll attach
cerbero patch also in different issue.
