Patch that adds --with-crypto=auto|nettle|libgcrypt|openssl option

This patch adds a --with-crypto=auto|nettle|libgcrypt|openssl option in
configure.ac.

At the moment, it is not possible to build the source using libgcrypt or
openssl if the host machine has nettle library installed as it is picked up
automatically. This option allows the user to select what cryptographic library
the source will be compiled against.
