Hi Daniel,

thanks for splitting this from the port.

It's better than the first approach, but I see still 2 problems:

1) it doesn't realize already cached pages and waits for a page update instead
of showing the cached page immediately

2) header colors still changes (pages with different teletext levels), maybe
always use the color from the index page?

The ev.ttx_page.clock_update looks not reliable here: the clock jumps here over
several seconds.
