Still a problem:

 $ gst-launch-1.0 audiotestsrc ! alsasink device=hw:1 &

 $ gst-launch-1.0 audiotestsrc ! pulsesink
 (nothing happens after 'Setting pipeline to PLAYING ...')
 ... starts outputing audio as soon as you kill the first process..
