Short mkv file

The file attached has mjpeg video, probably just one frame.

Playing it with gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri=file://... I get that error:
0:00:00.144956663 11177 0x7f3f180248a0 WARN           audiobasesink
gstaudiobasesink.c:1142:gst_audio_base_sink_wait_event:<pulsesink0> error: Sink
not negotiated before eos event.

But it plays fine (I can quickly see the frame) with: gst-launch-1.0 filesrc
location=100616_20160414_103712126.mkv ! matroskademux ! jpegdec ! 
autovideosink
