I don't know exactly how it works when no language is explicitely selected in
the menus. I would expect that, if there is a configuration on the user's side,
to not use the user's languages, but whatever the user configured.

It might get complicated when the user choices could be:
- if the default audio track is in Chinese, select the Chinese audio track and
subtitles in one of those languages I can read
- if the default audio track is in English, show the English subtitles
- if the default audio track is in French, don't show me anything

I don't know how the configuration UI would work for that, but the easiest
might be for a collect signal, pass in the audio and subtitle tracks available
as soon as they are there, and let the front-end return which ones it wants to
be played.

But I don't know whether that would make it any different from waiting for the
"tags" and switching the audio/subtitle track in the app...
