wmv3 is the "window media video 9 simple and main profile" and wvc1 is the
"windows media video 9 advanced profile". Don't know why libav chose separate
decoder names though..

May be a new name "vaapiwmvdec" ?

my vote is for a single "vaapivc1dec" since vc1 is the open standard.
