On top of this, a few optimizations are still pending. Namely deciding to jump
ahead a few fragments/keyframes if the rate is high enough and/or we can't keep
up due to network/CPU reasons, but apart from that this (together with latest
GIT of everything which also contains relevant changes) works on many DASH
streams.
