Thanks for the bug report. Please submit things in future in form of git
format-patch patches, not tarballs with the new files :)

I think this is mostly obsolete now from our point of view. There's no desire
to maintain msvc project files, nor do we aim to support ancient MSVC versions
(such as VS2010) any more.

Current efforts at building GStreamer with MSVC can be found at
http://blog.nirbheek.in/2016/07/building-and-developing-gstreamer-using.html
(not upstream yet though). Please test and let us know any issue you run into
with this.
