Patch to add opensles.h to noinst_HEADERS

The gst-plugins-bad tarball lacks the /sys/opensles/opensles.h file, so
compiling the OpenSLES plugin always fails.

This seems to be due to sys/opensles/Makefile.am not listing the opensles.h
file in noinst_HEADERS. Attaching a patch which corrects this (note: untested).
