Since we can support multiple supplementary URI in playbin3, we need a way for
the user to provide extra information about those URI such as:
* language,
* 3D positioning (in case of extra video streams),
* Audio positioning (in case of extra audio streams),
* and any other kind of meta-data

Furthermore, in order for the user to be able to properly correlate those extra
URI to the GstStreams in messages/events, we might want to have a way to
specify a stream-id for those extra URI.
