    avdemux: Disable GIF "demuxer"

    It's actually a parser but it a) can only work with the ffmpeg GIF
    decoder that is deactivated anyway, and b) it currently causes infinite
    linking of avdemux_gif elements with a multiqueue in between in
    decodebin.
