Browser information would be valuable here indeed, as well as output from the
web console in case there are any javascript errors popping up (ctrl + shift +
I > Console on Firefox and Chrome).

Given the exact version, there are websites that allow testing a wide range of
browsers, which will hopefully allow us to reproduce this, if you also find
time to share a screencast of the issue to help us better understand, that
would be perfect :)
