Adding a signal for extra headers will make it flexible for plugins (including
future plugins), but creating pipeline through `gst-launch` will not be as
easy. 
Isn't it better to set individual extra headers, also a `is_onvif` boolean
property to set `range: clock` instead of `range: npt` that is required for
`onvif` playback?
That boolean may also help in auto-plugging the source.

Any thoughts?
