Instead of auto-detecting onvif servers in rtspsrc we can set a boolean
property (like `is_onvif` or `is_onvif_playback`). That way only when playing
back (a recording) from onvif source we should treat it specially. 
When onvif source is live/realtime, there needs to be no special treatment. Any
special treatment may inadvertently break otherwise working streams.
