I attached a patch to ignore pt change in the buffer. I understand there might
be use-cases that changing pt may be valid, and probably there is a need to
have a "ignore-pt-change" property that rtspsrc should have and set it also for
the buffer/session/... (so buffer also needs to have same property, and so on)
but wanted to get some feedback before changing many files.

I would like to set this property for my rtspsrc because I am dealing with
broken some streams with ONVIF playback that I try to fix gradually.
