When requesting Media Segments and updating MPD, a player has to use the values
of Set-Cookie headers which are included in the response for MPD when beginning
play.
Is it proper way to use GstTagList with new one, such as GST_TAG_COOKIE? So
dashdemux get the values of Set-Cookie headers.
