Thanks for your suggestion. It seems to be very helpful :). 

With GST_BIN_FLAGS_STREAMS_AWARE, I think exposing only activated stream seems
not to be difficult. But, there is another issue on switching streams if we
expose only activated ones.

Based on current playbin3 implementation, stream-collection and select-streams
event are handled by decodebin3. So, if we expose only activated tracks, track
switching seems not to be easy now.
