OK, pretty sure this works.

Other problems I was having seem unrelated (was trying to her RGB pngs L, and
that seems to not work)

One thing that may be related: To change the location on my filesrc I have to
set the pipeline state to NULL causing a flash of black, if I use READY then it
doesn't work.
