Given a pipeline 

filesrc->decodebin->glimagesink


If you change the location of the filesrc quickly (250 ms or less) everything
seems to stop working fairly quickly.

To repro this bug run


python-multi.py --delay=250 rgba_pngs/*


Fairly soon there will be a black screen.
