@Nicola I only applied that patch (in the rtpjitterbuffer drop packet if pt
changes). The stream I have sends an unwanted 112 before any 96 is seen, sigh. 
Caps are set by rtspsrc to pt=96 so next time rtpjitterbuffer sees 112 it will
drop it instead of trying hard to use it and failing. 

If not dropped clock rate of 96 is reset any time a 112 is seen, it is pushed
but apparently with negatively affecting the valid 96 stream.
