I've found pipeline likes
videotestsrc ! glupload ! glcolorconvert ! gleffects ! glimagesink

didn't call gst_gl_context_finalize

but 
videotestsrc ! glupload ! glcolorconvert ! glimagesink 
is ok.

seems more ref than unref
