The 30-second mark mentioned in my comment 1 happens at 23:24:27, around line
55064. You can search for the string "Frame is too late, dropping".

At line 61174, the video is finished and it's restarted by clicking on the play
button. As you can see there are a lot of "frame is too late" while there was
none from 0 to 30 seconds during the first playback.
