[Bug 761815] playbin: changing playbin flags stalls playback

The problem is that the subtitle thread is locked inside playsink in the
subtitle renderer and it needs video buffers to be unlocked, but the video
thread is going to block before entering playsink.

Still not sure how to properly fix this one.
