For clarification, decodebin3 still uses multiqueue, but it's only used to cope
with interleaving and decoder buffering requirements (i.e. vbv). This can be
handled properly since it deals with timestamped data (parsers before
multiqueue, unliked decodebin2).

Other kinds of buffering are handled upstream of decodebin3 (such as in
urisourcebin, used by playbin3).
