Not in our case. We have an "append pipeline" (several, actually, one per
SourceBuffer) constructed by hand.

It would be nice to make it work automatically in the general case, that's
true, but I don't know how to do it without breaking the standard behaviour of
qtdemux, so I don't want to risk.
