Thanks for the bug report, but this is not really intermittent, but happens in
certain rare cases after a git pull when generated files are no longer
generated and the source file they were generated from was removed, then
automake somehow gets confused with the change in dependencies when trying to
update the Makefile. Then you'll just have to wipe and recompile from scratch.
It's not really worth to try and fix this IMHO. It's not something that's done
frequently.
