OK.

I still not using master branch, it is require minimum Gstremer framework
1.7.1.1 version. Ever I twisted to force to 1.6.1 version, I still need to
revert the VP9 parser check. Only can be using. My repo only sync up with 1.6
branch only currently. It should working correctly because I do git checkout
1.6 branch only run autogen.sh.
