Aha, I almost forgot about this, was using vaapiparse_h264 always :)
This is indeed a regression, you can test with what I mentioned in comment-0.
I will get back to this soon, I would like to get this fixed for 1.8 release
(when it will be?), otherwise MVC encoding with gstreamer-vaapi is not going to
work ...
Prefer to raise the severity...
