When no colorimetry is specified, we take defaults. The default depends on the
resolution, we take BT601 for SD, BT709 for HD and BT2020 for UHD resolutions. 

You can see a color change in the blue and purple when resizing with this
example pipeline:

gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc ! video/x-raw,format=AYUV ! videoconvert !
ximagesink
