I downloaded the GStreamer MSI for Windows, version 1.6.3. The install ran
without any problems. However, the plugin for capturing video from a webcam
(ksvideosrc) isn't included. Neither is the libgstwinks.dll, which has the
element (or would, if it were there). This is supposed to be included.
