Some tools in the mingw toolchain we have depends on libncurses.so.5 and
libtinfo.so.5, while Fedora 24 ship libncurses.so.6 and libtinfo.so.6. One
option could be to simply more toward using the distro mingw toolchain which is
now known to work.
