Would be trivial to add a GST_ANDROID_DEBUG variable that could take e.g.
"*:3,basesink:6" and gets substituted in gtsreamer_android-1.0.c.in in the
gst_debug_set_threshold_from_string() line... and if not set just does what it
does now.
