The problem is here

snprintf (tmpstr, MSGLEN, "%d:%d,", m_MotionCells.at (i).lineidx,
m_MotionCells.at (i).colidx);

MSGLEN = 6 
when a line and a column are more than 9 then  it will truncate last comma and
the the function  will prepare string like this
