[Bug 768460] dashdemux: Problems playing youtube streams

These 2 patches bring it closer to playing. The problem now is that the current
time is ahead of the last segment by a few minutes so dashdemux keeps waiting
and waiting forever.

Looking at the MPD attached here, does anyone see how can we sync 'now' with
the fragments or is indeed a few minutes behind the present?
