Either as described in the GitHub issue, or doing the same thing directly
inside playbin3 (which would be preferred), i.e. having a way to provide
multiple external subtitles to playbin3 and for each have it create an urisrc
and also allow dynamically adding/removing external subs.

Someone will have to investigate and implement it.
