Thanks for the bug report. I see the issue and I agree that's how it should be
in an ideal world. However, in order to do that we'd have to generate the
entities file from configure and/or build the docs twice, which seems a bit
over the top (already takes way too long to build them).

Since the stable/ links no longer point to 0.10 but now point to the latest 1.x
release, let's just close this.
