Add support for the IYU2 format.

Thanks, pushed this with some minor changes/additions (most importantly, the
new enum value needs to be added at the end in order to maintain ABI backwards
compatibility):

    video: add IYU2 format

    This existed in 0.10 and is needed by dc1394src.

    IYU2 format is a YUV fully-sampled packed format similar to v308
    but with different component order (U-Y-V instead of Y-U-V).
