Thanks. This is interesting: two things

1)  "vaGetSurfaceBufferWl(): the requested function is not implemented"

It seems that the gallium backend doesn't support Wayland.

2) Sadly, my pipeline is not correct for your setup, because it used vaapisink
sink, not cluttersink. Could you upload the output of this command too?
