Looks like this LIST with the time codes are at the end of the file here.

avidemux would have to extract them, so moving there.

Might be a use case for timecode meta from bug #766419, although it's a bit
awkward - would we just put a meta on the first frame, or calculated codes for
the other frames based on avi timestamps/frame counts?
