Maybe we can delay creation of the udp sink/sources until SETUP (i.e.
configure_client_transport) instead of DESCRIBE/etc (rtsp_media_prepare). They
should not be needed before SETUP, and SETUP is when we know what kind of
transport the client(s) want.
