Gregoire, I can't tell from the log as the full GL_EXTENSIONS value is cut off
but is the
https://www.khronos.org/registry/gles/extensions/OES/OES_EGL_image_external_essl3.txt
extension advertised on your device?  You can check by inspecting that value
yourself somewhere or with a GL capabilities app in the Google Play store.
