It shows that somewhere an invalid read is happening, related to caps and a
buffer in caps. So probably again codec_data or streamheaders handling in your
custom decoder. Please reopen if it is indeed a bug not in your custom decoder
element.


There are also lots of warnings from inside your decoder, you should really try
to get rid of them.
