That would be qtdemux then which could do something, like checking what sample
flags it gets in the future and assume interleaved instead of mixed unless
something more complicated happens.
OTOH it should be fine to support interlaced-mode=mixed in decklinkvideosink.
But would have to be researched.
Can you open a new bug for decklinkvideosink about this? Also you mentioned DV?
