This patch fixes the compilation--it now compiles with -DOMX_SKIP64BIT in the
CFLAGS!

However, I can't give it a proper test because whether or not I define
OMX_SKIP64BIT, when running a pipeline with omxh264dec in it, I get the
following error:

Not sure if it's related.  Let me know if there's any other info I can provide.
