The following pipeline

gst-launch-1.0 -v multifilesrc location=~/a1_mono.j2c  num-buffers=1
caps="image/x-jpc" ! jpeg2000parse  ! openjpegdec ! imagefreeze ! videoconvert
! ximagesink

fails negotiation
